Select a familiar organization as a Learning Team.
Your Learning Team will play the role of a consulting firm hired by the chosen organization to analyze the KM and IC.
Create a two to three minute narrated presentation in which you complete the following:
§ Assess whether or not the organization understands the value of KM and IC.
§ Determine what processes, if any, are in place to share knowledge.
§ Analyze what procedures are in place to minimize the loss of KM and IC from employee loss and turnover.
§ Summarize your findings.
Project your voice to clearly convey your ideas.
Present in a professional manner.
Use technology (e.g., audio quality, video quality, naming conventions) to convey ideas. You can use tools such as a narrated Microsoft® PowerPoint® Slideshare, Movenote, or any similar video recording software to complete the assignment.
Use voice inflection and proper grammar.
Note: If you are using a tablet or smartphone, you will need to email the video file to yourself, then save it to a computer in order to upload to the Assignment Files. You may want to upload your video to a file sharing service, such as Dropbox, if your email will not let you send a large video file. Dropbox is accessible from all smartphones and tablets from the Dropbox app.
